Refunds and Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, sales are final on all underwear. Clothing items will be accepted for exchange or refund on the condition that the garments are returned unworn and undamaged. Garments smelling of cigarettes will be considered damaged and will be subject to only partial refund. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it for damages, the refund will be issued via the same method of payment used for the purchase. The shipping expense will remain the responsibility of the buyer. 

In the unlikely case of a manufacturing defect, send us detailed photos of the defect within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost. You will not be required to mail back the defective item.

Should there be any issue with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible. We value your satisfaction with our products and services and will find a way to resolve issues quickly and amicably.



We ship through Canada Post basic service. Some items in our shop are ready to ship within 24 hours (business days only).

Made to order items will currently take 3-4 weeks before they depart from our studio unless otherwise indicated in the listing because Masha is out of the country.

 Typical delivery times (basic service):

  • Within Canada: up to 5 business days (except very remote areas) 
  • United States: 5-9 business days
  • International: 10 days -3 weeks

Addition information:

  • The packaging is discreet and SFW (safe for work), there is no detailed description of what's inside, however, the company name is mentioned as the sender - we are unable to change it at this time. 
  • If you require a rush on your made to order items, please contact us before placing the order. Additional fees may apply.
  • We do not assume responsibility for fees that may be incurred at customs. Check with your local government for more info.
  • If you fail to provide the correct or complete shipping address and your order bounces back to us, you will be liable for additional shipping fees. 
In an effort to reduce waste, we do not include a printed receipt with your purchase. You can print a receipt from the email invoice for your records. 

Custom orders

We accept custom orders for atypical sizes and we offer modifications to accommodate your anatomy. We love to make special items for our customers and welcome these requests wholeheartedly.
Please note that custom creations are based on existing designs and we can only use fabrics that are already part of our catalogue, although not all fabrics may be available at the time of your request. If you have in mind something completely new and different, please contact us directly and we might be able to assist you.
The production of your customized item will begin once payment is received in full. Please allow up to 2 weeks time for custom orders before they ship. Certain exceptions and rush orders are available but may result in additional costs. 

Sales and discounts

Our prices are carefully calculated based on the living wages of the country of origin (Canada), the cost of materials and the time that goes in to craft each piece with the care that it deserves. We do not artificially inflate our prices and therefore we very rarely offer discounts or run sales.

Hand or machine wash cold on delicate cycle. Hang to dry.
